Photo engraving
Printing method resulting in very fine reproductions of different patterns.
This method is ideal for the reproduction of colour photographs. Our machines enable PVDC, acrylic and Cold Seal coating on all materials, or Cold Seal layering. OREP prints up to 10 colours.

Flexography
Printing technique developped on our machines with a central drum, which gives incredibly precise prints. This technique uses photopolymer clichés, guaranteeing great printing precision. One of our technical advantages is the possibility of printing 6 colours on 1 side and 1 or 2 colours on the other side.

The mounting of the clichés, always a minutely detailed job, is carried out on a specific machine.

Laminating
Mounting of 2 or 3 similar or different films with a solvent-free glue, to make complex or TRIPLEX films as a guarnatee for industrial products or foodstuffs.

Cutting
High-performance machines guaranteeing a good finish to our reels, with perfect width precision thanks to the use of circular knives and cutters.

Colour control
Our spectrocolorimetric equipment guarantees the control and reproduction of your colours and shades, every time.

Laboratory
Different methods of control including: laboratory sealing machines; a strength tester evaluating,among other things: delaminating strength of complex films, different films' resistance to sealing, traceability from the raw material to the finished product.
